Biography
Fatima Shbair is Palestenian self-taught photographer, a contributor to Everyday Middle East account and works as a freelance photojournalist. Her interest is in documenting people’s stories, cultures and social issues. She spent two years studying business administration before changing majors to study journalism and work officially in the field of journalism and writing. Her work was exhibited in Palestine, UAE, London, Paris and has worked on assignments for several agencies such as The New York Times, Middle East Eye and Getty Images. She is currently based in Gaza City, Palestine.
