Biography
Alba Cambeiro is a freelance photojournalist born in Galicia. After finishing her Media Communication Bachelor Degree, she studied for a Master of Photography (2016-2017) and a postgraduate degree in Photojournalism (2017-2018) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her work has been published in different media outlets such as El País, Equal Times, Newlines Magazine, El Periódico, Eldiario.es and Público.
Her work covers themes at the forefront of Middle East politics with a special focus on human rights and gender issues. She is currently based in Istanbul, Turkey.
