Biography
Adis Easaghlian is an Iranian-Armenian photographer. His work started as a photojournalist in 1996. His photojournalistic experience includes working for ALIK Armenian Daily, AIM, and freelancing for Haylur. Adis currently works as a press photographer with ALIK Armenian Daily (based in Tehran). In 1994-1995, after completing a photojournalism course organized by Haylur in Yerevan, Armenia, he grew an interest in long-term documentary projects. Adis graduated in 2000 with a degree in Social Sciences from Azad University, he is also one of the founders of the 37th Frame Photography Center which aims to develop Iranian-Armenian documentary photography, empowering young photographers with a minority background. His long-term project for the past 20 years has focused on documenting the lives of Iranian-Armenians. He is currently based in Tehran, Iran.focused on documenting the lives of Iranian-Armenians.
