Bioraphy
Keiwan Fatehi is an Iranian Kurdish photographer. He began his journey as a professional photographer and visual storyteller in 2014. Two years later he went to the battlefields of the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces fighting against ISIS in Bashiqa, Mosul. This experience changed his view of the world. His life experience as a refugee and political activist made him focus on war and the crisis it brings. He currently is working with children born into war torn areas and face displacement. Keiwan is based in Erbil, Iraq.
